About me
I am a classical pianist, started playing piano at the age of four. I am interested in arts. I draw, make collages, and paint. I like reading, especially historical fiction novels, and I write. I write my thoughts about life, about some events from my life. I also wrote about a part of my journey in the refuge camps in Germany. My life has been like a fiction novel itself. I haven't been in my hometown Damascus for more than 5 years, and it feels like I have 2 lives, the one before I left which feels like a dream, and one that has been a fight to survive emotionally and physically. I lived in Lebanon, the US and now in Germany.
I also teach piano and music theory, I have a long experience in teaching for kids and grownups.
My piano was the thing that kept me going after I survived death and left my country, and it still is.
