About me
“Roots and surroundings are reflected in the words of a writer and the lines of an artist. Likewise my thought process and its expression has infested with elements taken from my childhood and my surroundings.”
Myself, Surajit Biswas, born and brought up in a lower middleclass family. Most of my childhood
days had spent with my grandfather and under his guidance only I completed my schooling. I did my higher education from Kalayani ITI. Thereafter I started working in a jewellery design company, but after working for five to six years I realized this is not a cup of my tea. Eventually I decided to join an art college. Fortunately I got through into Visva Bharati University from where I completed my graduation and master’s in the field of fine arts with specialization into painting.
