I'm an Artist, because I feel that within the confines of any artistic form of expression, we allow ourselves to wear a mask. The artist hides behind words or paints or brushes. And she feels safe. She can be anyone he wants to be. Her freedom is limitless. And she plays this bizarre game of hide and seek with the rest of the world, constantly changing the rules, until she decides – maybe on a mere subconscious level – to be herself, thinking that people will never find out.
Being an artist is a way of finding out who you really are. Because as much as art is about observing the world around you, about turning yourself into a shadow, art is also about introspection, about confronting the most terrifying of truths.
Work / Education
Too many subjects swimming around inside me that i want to paint, but i have to get them out, whether they are shown or not, once those moments are gone you cannot recapture them,so i am just following my instincts and trying to slowly consolidate the different strands in my work and somehow bring them together.Continue working on oil paintings of head and figure distortion's, cluster abstracts...
Paint over fifty paintings all oil on canvas. Subjects consisting mainly of distorted images of Women's heads/faces, manipulated experiments with the
