I am an Irish artist dividing my time between Cornamona, Co. Galway, Ireland and Berlin, Germany.
Having completed a degree in History of Art at Trinity College Dublin in 1999, I worked and traveled around the world for 14 years before moving to Germany to focus on my art full-time.
‘Pale blue clouds, pink stained skies and the soft line where the air meets the land and sea…’
My paintings are inspired by my native west of Ireland and the many other lands traveled since. W.B. Yeats, Patrick Kavanagh, Paul Henry and Georgia O'Keefe are some of the poets and artists I am influenced by and draw inspiration from.
I pay tribute to our world, painting representational and re-imagined landscapes.
3 of my works hang in the HSE Corporate Finance Center, Irish Government Buildings, Dublin, Ireland.
