About me
I am a South African artist exploring new techniques of depicting emotions through organic shapes. I get my inspiration from nature and in the shapes and textures of trees and water. I recently graduated from Rhodes University in South Africa where I majored in Photography and Art history. I am now exploring abstract painting and the way one can portray emotion through brushstrokes and texture.
Work / Education
Education: I graduated in 2017 at Rhodes University, South Africa. Majoring in Photography and Art History. My thesis explored narrative construction of social movements in mass media through photography and Language.
Work: I am currently an assistant curator at Everard Read Gallery in Franschhoek, South Africa.
