About me
Drawing artist based in Roubaix, France.
Contemporary drawing on the notion of Places. My works interrogate the impossibility of belonging somewhere, and the possibility of reinventing our relation to places.
My practice is nomadic. I go around various cities to collect textures from the floor in situ. The writings and reliefs of the pavements and alleys present a unique history of our inscription in the urban space, that I use as a raw material for drawing.
For the imprints, I use a printing technique and a kit designed for street-practice which involves acrylic and print ink on paper.
Then the imprints are reworked in my workshop.

Graduated from Académie Royale des Beaux Arts de Bruxelles school of art, Belgium.
MA fine arts. Specialty: drawing in an expanded field.
Fields of research: diferential spaces - deconstruction - space of communities - space-in-the-making - diagramatic spaces - dissemination - place and inhabitat - micro-cartography.
