Bai Bibyaon Ligkayan Bigkay is a woman warrior and a chieftain of the Talaingod ethnic group in Southern Philippines. She has led her people in the fight against the destruction of their ancestral lands by foreign mining ang logging corporations. She together with hundreds of her people are now internal refugees after the extreme violence perpetrated by government troops and paramilitaries forced them to flee their homes and lands.
