Based on theory, the way to overcome the illution, apprehensive or the fear is by keeping amygdala in order that can stop delivering the signal of danger (warning) and set up the intention in front (frontal lobes).
One of the way to overcome the anxiety is by shouting in the head (silent shout), the way is by opening our mouth widely (like to shout) and shout it in the head while restrain the breath as long as possible. The automatically we will think our voice will be booming around the space head, frighten away and defeat all disturbances of the worry illutions that is before setting up there. The result after stopping shout, our head will be silent. Oftentimes we think that the negative thinking makes us think illution worry and the fear. Apparently that is wrong, the thinking itself do not care how is worse or negative side, can not make us down/pressure and anxious. We just influence if we obey to believe it. Even we can influence increasingly severe if we try to defeat and break the logic.
Think negative does not need to be defeated or competed, it is not our enemy. It is not an offering information and we keep having the freedom to follow it or doing something from the other informations. One of the way above is varian/subject to change manipulation of mental that is used.
So we obtain the illution, do not blame that is wrong delivering the alarm signal. But, blame our self whom do not study/learn the technique of manipulation the brain work (amygdala).
