@Scott Anders Throughout Pompeii there were a lot of floors and countertops made up of what used to be colorful stones, many of them now dull in color and dirty looking. Some were random and some patterns such as this, I took that inspiration from these designs and heightened the colors back to something that resembles the brilliance they may have originally been, but also combined that with the "ruined" appearance they now have.
