A few years ago my brother and I were kayaking in Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta, Canada. We saw two Grizzly bears running and playing on the shoreline. It was a site that you would see straight out of Planet Earth. I'll never forget that and that moment inspired this painting. Grizzly bears are so powerful. I hoped to show that they aren't animals to be feared but to be admired.
This is an acrylic painting on a 24x36 inch stretched canvas.
