From my "digital codex" series. This is a mixed media piece that incorporates traditional drawing, montage, digital photo and retouched/painted with image editing softwares. The final artwork is materialized as Giclée Print on 310gr. 100% Cotton high quality paper.
This particular piece is a "spinoff" of cubist principles applying digital and creating a "faux ageing" of the background hinting at old codexes of anatomy and alchemy in which the human body is "imagined" as a magical, sometimes mythological entity.
