Drawing abstract pictures is just like traveling with infinite nature in order to find my unique color and space. My work becomes parts of nature. I have meditated that while I’m absorbed in traveling of canvas I find myself a dust in the consistent order of the universe and feel the mysterious power of changing and evolving great nature. This spiritual, emotional, religious and philosophical realization is born as color-field abstract paintings which share time and space and have their own space on the canvas.
I paint thin Acrylic and Oil countlessly on the canvas to be absorbed and then have stable colors. Intrinsically different Acrylic and Oil meet and then make texture and grain of color. I call that “trace”. I respect the power of singleness color and try to represent what(I name it holy abstraction) I hope to express but I don’t specifically. It is color and space that become my languages as much as I can interpret and then give me tranquil immersion.
