I sometimes begin artwork with experience on a trip.
Last summer I went to Tokyo which is two or three hours from Seoul.
When I was in the Roppongi hill, I met an earthquake for the first time in my life.
Suddenly I felt like that someone stamps his feet.
And then, a sign next to me was whirling both sides.
OMG! WHAT HAPPENED? That was an earthquake!
It gave me great fear and confusion.
I thought I could die in a foreign country.
But it was not a big disaster since it was only 3.0 magnitude.
Although I came back home with nothing happened, I thought very seriously about death.
This memory was the starting point of the painting.
