This particular piece is an original mixed media painting made on MDF frame and divided into two panels of 225 cm in length and a diameter of 130 cm at each end.
To be able to make this series come alive; I went through and exhaustive research of Huchol people, and I got inspired by their arts and culture. Huicholes are an indigenous population located in the center of Mexico, mainly in the states of Jalisco and Nayarit. Among many things, the Huicholes are characterized for the use and consumption of Peyote for religious purposes.
This particular piece is an original painting mixed on MDF and divided into two panels of 220 cm in length and a radius of 120 cm at each end.
